the plain-language ground rules for using scentday.co and buying from us.

1. who we are

this website, scentday.co (the "site"), and the ScentDay brand are operated by SCENTDAYCO LLC ("ScentDay," "we," "us," "our"), a limited liability company. you can reach us at support@scentday.co. by accessing or using the site, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. if you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. eligibility

you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, and able to form a binding contract, to buy from us.

3. products, pricing & availability

  • we describe our products as accurately as we can, but we don't warrant that every description, color, or scent impression is complete or error-free.
  • all prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you place an order. the price that applies is the one shown at checkout when you complete your purchase.
  • we may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue any product. if we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.
  • promotions such as free shipping on orders over $35, subscribe & save 15% and free shipping on every subscription order are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or ended at any time. discounts apply as stated and don't stack beyond what the cart shows.

4. orders & payment

when you place an order you're making an offer to buy; our acceptance happens when we ship. you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method for the total shown, including taxes and any shipping. you're responsible for giving us current, accurate billing and shipping information.

5. subscriptions

if you enroll in subscribe & save, additional terms apply — including billing cadence, price, and how to skip, swap, or cancel. those terms are set out in our Subscription Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. you can cancel anytime, with no cancellation fee.

6. returns & shipping

returns, refunds, and shipping are governed by our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these Terms.

7. acceptable use

don't use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, scrape or harvest data, resell our products as if they were your own brand, or interfere with the site's operation. we may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

8. intellectual property

the ScentDay name, logo, scent names (including Sweet Somethings and Musk be Magic), site content, text, images, and design are owned by or licensed to SCENTDAYCO LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. you may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission, except to view and shop the site normally.

9. product use & safety

our products are laundry care products for household use — use them as directed on the packaging and only for that purpose. keep them away from children and pets, avoid contact with eyes, and stop use if irritation occurs. this is a laundry product, not a personal-care or medical product; nothing on the site is medical advice.

10. disclaimers

the site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. to the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. we don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. limitation of liability

to the fullest extent permitted by law, SCENTDAYCO LLC and its members, officers, and employees won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site or products. our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

12. indemnification
